Here’s the truth 👇

✂️ Haircuts don’t make your hair grow faster—your hair grows from your scalp. BUT regular trims help prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft, which leads to breakage, thinning ends, and having to cut off even more later.

If your goal is:
🤍 Longer hair
🤍 Healthier hair
🤍 Fuller-looking ends
🤍 Shinier, stronger strands

…then regular maintenance trims are your best friend.

Every head of hair is different, but here’s a general guideline:
✨ Every 6–8 weeks if you heat style often or are blonde.
✨ Every 8–12 weeks if your hair is healthy and your color is low maintenance.
✨ Every 12+ weeks if you rarely use heat and wear protective styles.

The goal isn’t to keep cutting your length—it’s to protect the length you’ve worked so hard to grow. 💛
