Five years ago, Rejuve Health Plus opened inside a 150-square-foot room at Salon Lofts.

I was a Nurse Practitioner with a vision, a lot of determination, and a willingness to learn everything I could about building a business.

Fast forward to today, and we’re celebrating five years in business, serving thousands of clients, expanding our services, and continuing to grow.

What I’ve learned along the way is that success isn’t just about being great at what you do clinically. It requires leadership, systems, financial awareness, marketing, adaptability, and the willingness to seek guidance from those who have already walked the path.

That’s one of the reasons I created the Built to Practice Mentorship Program. I know how overwhelming it can feel to build a practice from the ground up, and I believe that having the right mentorship can shorten the learning curve and help avoid costly mistakes.

Five years ago, Rejuve began in a 150 sq ft room at Salon Lofts.

This photo was taken at my very first grand opening.

There was no large clinic, no multiple treatment rooms, and no grand plan mapped out to perfection. Just a small space, a lot of determination, and a dream of building something that was truly my own.

At the time, I had no idea where the journey would lead.

I didn’t know there would be multiple moves, expanded services, incredible patients, lifelong friendships, and more lessons than I could have imagined.

Looking back at this photo reminds me that every successful business starts somewhere.

Today, as we prepare to celebrate 5 years of Rejuve, I’m incredibly grateful for every patient who trusted me along the way and helped turn a dream into reality.
