As we celebrate 18 years, I’ve been reflecting on why I started this journey.

My purpose has always been to help people. Even as a little girl, I knew I wanted to make others feel better. I remember watching my grandmother receive physical therapy and then “copying” the techniques on my mom. Looking back, I can see that it was the beginning of a calling that has lived within my soul ever since.

That calling became Natural Balance—a sacred space where the body, mind, and spirit can heal. My vision has always been to create more than a business. I wanted to create a sanctuary where people feel safe, cared for, and supported.

I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Every day, I hold space for our incredible practitioners so they feel supported, valued, and empowered. I also never take for granted the honor of caring for each client who trusts us to be part of their healing journey. It is a responsibility I carry with gratitude every single day.

I genuinely care for every soul who walks through our doors, and it is a true blessing to serve this community.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in supporting providers, maintaining service flow, and upholding high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling with awareness of therapist specialties, service timing, and room flow
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all therapies, enhancements, and retail offerings
• Match clients with appropriate therapists and services
• Process payments, packages, and gift certificates
• Open and/or close the office following established procedures
• Handle phones, voicemails, and messages promptly
• Support therapists and aestheticians with daily communication and coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front desk environment
• Maintain client confidentiality and communicate with professionalism, discretion, and compassion

• Ability to learn about our providers and therapies and confidently speak about them with clients
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness, medical, or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and calm demeanor

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

We’re looking for 2 models to participate in an upcoming massage photo shoot! Photography will be provided by Jolise Photography.

This is a relaxed, professional shoot and no modeling experience is required. The selected models must be comfortable with areas of the body being exposed and professionally draped as needed for massage photography. Photos will also include Buccal Massage, a specialized technique that involves massage work inside the mouth.

By participating, you must consent to photos being used on our website, social media, and other advertising and promotional materials.

As a thank-you, the selected models will receive a complimentary 60 minute massage session scheduled for another day. The photo shoot itself is separate from the complimentary massage appointment.
