At The Elm, every facial is customized to what your skin actually needs. Your esthetician looks at your skin, your concerns, and your goals, then builds the treatment around you.

The relaxing part? That’s just a bonus.

Most people wait until something hurts.

That is certainly one strategy.

Regular massage is better thought of as maintenance than an emergency fix. Over time, consistent bodywork can help support mobility, reduce muscle tension, improve movement, and keep everyday aches from becoming everyday expectations.

For those who prefer deeper bodywork, Ashiatsu can be an excellent option. The therapist uses their feet to deliver broad, even pressure that works with larger muscle groups comfortably, making it ideal for ongoing maintenance instead of waiting until your body is asking for help.

Waiting until everything hurts is an option. It just isn't our favorite one.
