I hate to even think about making this post because I have rescheduled or refunded 50+ people since May but I have had the worst migraine since last night and this morning I found myself getting sick before leaving out for work.

Not sure if its from the migraine or not. Maybe feels like a slight stomach bug with having other symptoms too. But I will need to reschedule my day today too. I will message everyone individually.

If you could please pray for my health, and my sanity that would be lovely and super appreciated! Neither have been the best lately and I hope its all subsiding soon and I can get back to my normal self.

Many of you know that I have been dealing with severe communication issues for nearly the entire month, and I cannot express how sorry I am for the frustration, inconvenience, and confusion this has caused. As a small business owner who handles nearly every aspect of the business personally, this situation has been incredibly stressful, and I know it has affected many of you as well.

The good news is:

My communication issues have finally been resolved.

To ensure that existing clients are taken care of first, I will not be reopening online booking until everyone affected by this situation has had the opportunity to secure their appointment. Once everyone has been contacted, rescheduled, and accommodated, I will reopen online scheduling and begin accepting new bookings again.

As a thank-you for your patience and understanding, anyone who needs to be rescheduled due to these communication issues will receive a complimentary 30-minute service gift certificate. You are welcome to use it yourself or gift it to someone else.

While refunds are certainly available if that is your preference, I would love the opportunity to earn back your trust and provide the experience you should have received from the beginning. First impressions matter, and customer service matters. If this situation affected your first experience with me or Stress Knot Kneaded, I would genuinely appreciate the chance to make things right.

That said, I completely understand if you would prefer a refund, and I will absolutely honor that choice without any hard feelings. If you decide to give us another try in the future after things have settled down, you will still be welcome to use the new-client discount at that time.

Last night around 11pm, I solved another piece to phone problem. I found out where ALL of my apple texts are going. I forgot I had an iPad still hooked up. So I thinkni finally have it all turned off. When I looked at the messages I have 110 messages to get through and 30 on non apple and several emails im finding.

I am trying my best to separate my personal life and work. I have been working from 9am to 9 pm 6 days a week and I am doing my best to get back to everyone.

I currently do not have a receptionist or anyone helping in the office. So that means I have to get back to everyone when I can.

Wednesday I went to ATT and got a separate phone for my business and my number has still yet to be released which means now my app (phone number) is not working as they haven't released the number still, and now we are in this interim space.

I am already getting an influx of messages to my personal phone. I dont mind personal texts. But I will be asking everyone to start using the new phone number once its fully set up. I can no longer make accommodations, even to my closer clients & friends. I am approaching 1600 clients with 5+ average of new clients a week.

Grateful and thankful is an understatement, but at this point I cannot answer messages in appointments which means I don't have a ton of time to respond. By the time I clean up and get home its around 11pm.

Please use the website to book this week. And I hope to have this phone service up and running this week. On my way to ATT, since they don't service small business customers anymore I have to drive to Sherman or Dallas in order to be helped. I spent 1 hour and 50 min on the phone with them last Friday and just for me to go into the store and them say they didn't even leave any notes regarding our condo. Then the next Wednesday spent 5 hours in the Sherman store. And now spending my next free day STILL doing the same thing again.

I will be changing my hours and limiting them and likely scheduling some recurring clients. As I have to get the shop cleaned up and get these other services on my schedule to book. This is the only way that I can get back to normal 35-40 hour work week.

This is the farthest thing from the quality of customer service that I pride myself in giving, and want to apologize. I feel like I've been in this cycle and I can't get out. I could use a few helping hands at the shop today with cleaning, organizing, and possibly moving a little furniture so I can create some storage space. Getting the shop cleaned up is the main priority today.

I also have a few small computer/admin tasks if someone prefers that kind of work.

I’ll be at the shop and available to work on it until about 4 PM today, or later this evening. My goal is to knock out as much as possible while I’m there so we can make a big dent in everything at once. With a few extra hands, I think we could get the space very close to ready for opening!

I am looking for a few random things for the shop! I am hoping people have some things laying around that yall may not need/use anymore. Please tag me if you have or see anything

1. Any extra hangers that anyone is looking to get rid of.

2. Looking for a couple white foldable tables

3. Remnant or extra few pieces of the flat pink board insulation. Have an awkward space that will need It. I have some, but will need a little more

4. Will be looking for a good shop broom, like one with bristles for a garage and one like the gymnasiums use.

5. Stackable washer dryer (apartment style or the front loaders) **DESPERATELY searching for a set for the shop.

6. Looking for a small amount of the puzzle piece gym padded flooring. Or some sort of mat/horse stall padding, anything to soften the concrete for a small area (will get exact footage) preferably black.

7. Square bin organizers (it’s okay if not in perfect shape) just need a place to store some things out of sight

8. Lattice/wire fence panel

9. String lights; what are the best brand/type for solar and indoor also? Been avoiding going down this rabbit hole!

10. A big tall cooking pot (like for stew)

11. Robot vacuum. Looking for one for the shop and house. If you’re wanting to upgrade, I want to try out using one for both locations!

12. An old iPhone/ipod (looking for a couple so I don’t have to use my phone for the shop music anymore). Or even a small tablet or something in decent shape.
