The grand baby’s hair was feeling a bit rough after a summer of fun in the sun and lots of swimming. Her hair is now silky, soft, and easy to comb. We did a keratin & moisture deep conditioning. ❤️😁

Since I haven’t heard much about this on the news, and I have 2 clients that are currently experiencing this, I wanted to pass on this information to help ease anyone’s worries that may also be experiencing this. TE hair loss seems to be a fairly common (roughly about 33% of those who had a covid infection) after effect of having had COVID-19, especially if you had more than a mild case. The good news is, if you are experiencing this type of hair loss it shouldn’t be permanent and should correct itself in 6 months or less. This type of hair loss begins to occur around 6 weeks to 2 months after the event that caused it. Here is an article that tells a little more about this type of hair loss.
