📣 Schedule Update + Exciting News

I want to share a small schedule change and some exciting growth news.

I will no longer be accepting massage appointments in Paris, AR on Mondays.
This change is happening because Solutions Chiropractic & Rehab has officially opened its 3rd clinic in Danville, AR, and I’m now serving patients there at the start of the week.

✨ The good news:
I am currently accepting new patients in Danville, and depending on demand, I may open an additional massage day in Paris in the future.

For now, my massage schedule is:

📍 Danville, AR
Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📍 Paris, AR
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🚫 Closed: Tuesday & Thursday

These are short, effective sessions designed to melt tension fast—perfect if you’re busy, curious about massage, or just need relief without committing to a full hour.

Add a cooling, refreshing peppermint scalp massage for $5. It’s incredible for stress, headaches, and mental fog.

✨ Taking a Little Break for Some Much-Needed Self-Care ✨
I’ll be taking the next week off to rest my hands and arms so I can keep giving you the best massages possible. Our bodies only carry us as far as we take care of them, and even massage therapists need to practice what we preach.

Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s the maintenance that keeps us going.
