A lovely reminder of why I never rush a Japanese Head Spa experience.
Naz shared that she felt stress-free afterwards and that her hair felt fabulous following her treatment.
For me, the experience is about more than washing the hair or completing a routine.
It is about giving someone time.
Time to switch off.
Time to be cared for.
Time to feel heard.
Time to leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.
Every appointment is delivered privately, one-to-one and with a calm, unhurried approach.

Did you know every part of the body relies on cells being able to receive, release and communicate effectively?
Pain, poor sleep , fatigue, brain fog 😶🌫️ and slow recovery may feel completely separate.
So can recurring concerns involving the scalp, hair, skin, nails, muscles and joints.
Professionally, we may also see someone receiving the right treatment, following the correct aftercare or putting in consistent effort, yet their progress still does not match what we would expect.
That raises an important question:
Could what is happening beneath the surface be part of the picture?
The cell membrane acts as a boundary and communication point. It helps control what enters and leaves the cell and supports how the cell responds to signals.
When that environment is better supported, the body is in a stronger position to perform its normal processes.
When it is out of balance, those processes may not work as efficiently.
For me, one simple finger-prick test provided measurable insight into my fatty-acid balance and gave me something I could understand, support and retest over time.
This is not about replacing treatments, professional expertise or medical care.
It is about adding another measurable piece to the wider picture.
Could this be why?

Tonight we are holding a short, eye opening Zoom all around the concept of the testing and products I talk about!!
WHEN YOUR BODY IS IN BALANCE, EVERYTHING FEELS EASIER!! ✨
⏰ MONDAY 8PM
We are hosting a short but eye-opening Zoom session on test-based nutrition - where you’ll discover how a simple at-home test can give real answers, not guesses.
You will learn:
✨ Are you in balance - or unknowingly in a risk zone?
✨ Is your body truly getting what it needs for energy, focus and everyday wellbeing?
✨ What does long-term imbalance mean - and what happens when you correct it?
✨ Why general advice often fails - and why your data is the real gamechanger
This session is for you if you:
✔️ want facts, not theory
✔️ believe in prevention over reaction
✔️ like making smart decisions based on numbers
If you care about your health - you don’t want to miss this.
Message me () for the Zoom link! This is your sign to join this Monday!! Take control of your health before it takes control of you!!

Are we the only household that seems to be constantly weeding? 😂🌿
Today I spent almost six hours in the garden weeding, clearing, trimming the tree and finally tackling everything I was fed up of looking at.
The garden-waste bin was only half full when I started.
It definitely isn’t now. 😅
My legs, arms, back and one knee may have something to say about it tomorrow, but I’m genuinely proud of myself.
Because this time last year, I would not have managed anything close to six hours of physical work like this.
Once it was in my head that I was doing it, there was absolutely no stopping me. 😂
But today was about far more than clearing the garden.
It was another reminder of how far I’ve come.
A simple finger-prick blood test was the beginning of understanding more about my own fatty-acid balance and cellular wellbeing.
My first results showed:
Omega-6:3 balance: 21:1
Omega-3 Index: 2.9%
After approximately 120 days of consistent, personalised nutritional support, my retest showed:
Omega-6:3 balance: 3.3:1
Omega-3 Index: 6.9%
There is still some fine-tuning to do, but seeing that measurable change alongside the changes I have experienced personally has been incredibly meaningful.
It is why I feel so strongly about helping people explore measurable insights into their own wellbeing instead of relying on guesswork alone.
Persistent fatigue, poor concentration, slower recovery, or changes in the hair and scalp can sometimes become so familiar that we stop asking whether there may be more worth understanding.
Today wasn’t only about clearing a garden.
The garden looks better, but the biggest transformation is the person who was able to do it. 💚
I’ll be keeping up with my usual recovery routine tonight, including my PhycoSci+, plenty of water and some proper rest.
And yes, that beer was completely earned. 🍺

Does it ever feel as though your body is trying to tell you several things at once?
Persistent aches. Poor sleep. Low energy. Brain fog. Slow recovery. Scalp, hair or skin concerns that keep returning.
These experiences may not always sit neatly in separate boxes.
At Revera, I look at the person as a whole, combining specialist external care with personalised, measurable inside-out wellbeing support where appropriate.
Because understanding more can help you make better-informed choices instead of continuing to guess.
If any of this feels familiar, message me privately to arrange a consultation and explore which Revera pathway may suit you. 💚
Personalised wellbeing support does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Are these as hot as the sun? Absolutely. 🌞
A glowing buttercup gel polish finished with pineapple chrome for the most beautiful golden shift.
But this set is about far more than the colour.
This is my client’s third appointment with me, and she was absolutely beaming when she saw the result. Her patience, trust and consistency are really starting to show.
There is a much bigger story behind these nails — one I’ll be sharing from the beginning very soon.
For now, let’s just appreciate how far they’ve already come. ✨
More to come.
