A little update to our booking policy! 🤍

We’ve slacked off on requiring deposits for a while because, thankfully, most of our clients were showing up for their appointments. Unfortunately, the no-shows and last-minute cancellations have gotten out of hand, and it’s no longer fair to the girls providing services or the clients who are waiting for an opening.

Life happens, and we completely understand that! Things come up, plans change, and we will always do our best to be understanding. However, we also have businesses to run, and time set aside specifically for you.

Effective immediately, all NEW clients will be required to pay a deposit when booking an appointment.

Deposits are 100% non-refundable, but don’t worry, your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service!

We love and appreciate every single person who chooses to support our business, and we want to continue providing the best service possible. This policy is simply necessary to protect our time and keep things running smoothly.

After booking your appointment, if you are a new client your service provider will be sending an invoice to the number provided when booking. If the deposit isn’t paid that day your appointment will be cancelled.
