Before there was an entire catalog, there was just an obsession with capturing the feeling of the coast and years spent learning the craft from the ground up.
I never took the traditional academy route. My background in perfumery is entirely self-taught, built on countless late nights, endless raw material trials, and years of relentless study to master balance, structure, and performance.
Back in 2021, after years of experimenting at the organ, the vision clicked with the creation of Cocktails and Catamarans. It was the formulation that set everything in motion: crisp, sun-drenched, sophisticated coastal living captured in a bottle. That release proved that authentic, evocative perfumery could come straight from Florida, crafted with intention and obsessive attention to detail.
Today, serving as founder, creative director, and perfumer for Scent Journey Fragrances, that same DIY discipline drives every single batch. We are building the definitive Florida house, translating real coastal memories into high-concentration extrait de parfum.
From that first 2021 batch to where the journey is headed next, thank you to everyone who has been part of the story.

There’s something about the buzz of race day: the crisp suits, wide-brim hats, and an ice-cold wh***ey mule sweating in a copper cup while the crowd roars.
That specific energy is what sparked Bourbon and Bluegrass.

I wanted to blend the bite of fresh lime and bruised garden mint with the kick of fizzy ginger b**r, poured straight over rich, oaky Kentucky bourbon. As it wears down on the skin, it sinks into warm, charred bourbon barrels and a dry, sweet to***co leaf that lingers all evening.

It’s boozy, crisp, and nostalgic, like catching up with old friends on a sunlit porch while the celebration winds down.
