Hydration with Miriam

“Fifty water cannot be washed.”
Some things don’t become clean just because you keep washing them.
Sometimes, the real solution is to stop adding more water and start addressing the source.
Think about it.

Last night was Back-to-School Night at our all-boys Catholic high school, and as I walked from classroom to classroom, something really hit me…

My little boy is growing up. ❤️

He’s becoming more independent, more confident, and more ready to step into his own world.

And honestly? It made me think about my own next chapter, too.

Because as our kids grow, we get to grow, dream, create, and build right alongside them.

Motherhood doesn’t mean putting our dreams on hold. Sometimes, it gives us even more clarity about what we want to create for ourselves and for our family.

I’m excited about this season of life—raising my kids while continuing to build something of my own.

Their next chapter is beginning… and so is ours.

Ever since I started drinking ionised water, l’ve gone further down the rabbit hole: what’s actually in our food and drinks, reading the ingredients, the oils and random sugars that shouldn’t be there. The more I look, the more I question whether cheap, highly processed products are designed for our health or simply for high profit. Pretty sure I know which one it is now. I used to love drinking an ice cold cola or a sprite, but it’s really a rare occasion now. It’s not what it used to be. And my Kinder Buenos and Nuttella, full of palm oils 😩 What’s one thing you used to love to eat or drink but stopped since you checked the ingredients?? Also if you want to listen to Robert speak on cancer, health, nutrition and the role he believes water can play then comment ‘DEMO’ below It’s about 1 hour long. After you comment you’ll get a message from me, if you don’t see it, tap button to message and it’ll show up. #kangen #kangenwater #enagic #waterionizer #cancer
