What you'll gather

One black candle (banishing + protection)
A fire-safe holder or dish
A small slip of paper
A pen
Salt (any kind will do)
Optional: black pepper or cayenne, for extra bite

Prepare the working
On the slip of paper, write:
All unwanted energy, attention, and interference are now removed from my life.
