CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients.
Skincare Studio & Spa specializing in Facials, Acne Treatments, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical peels, Body Waxing, Brow Shaping and Custom Tinting, Lash Lifts and Tints. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that your esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.⠀

The Beauty Bar prides itself on high quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on one sessions and sanitation after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything : you don’t want to infringe upon another client's appointment.⠀

• Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled. ⠀
⠀
• Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).⠀

Late Arrivals- please know that if you arrive 5 minutes or more late we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time. 15 minutes or more late will result in a immediate reschedule and no-show fee. ⠀

• Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment at The Beauty Bar. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system.⠀
⠀
• In the rare circumstance that clients have a history with 2 “no shows”, they will no longer be able to book appointments at The Beauty Bar.⠀

ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment.⠀
⠀
By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving The Beauty Bar permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.⠀

Heads up for everyone coming to the spa!
Crews will conduct a traffic shift on U-95 in Payette Tonight (9/29). A pilot car will lead traffic through the work zone with flaggers directing traffic at major intersections. Expect delays and use extra caution.

Not a post about the spa but a little bit about life outside of the spa the last month 💛💛 (Sorry I’ve been so busy, scattered brained and a little chaotic or exhausted at times)
We’ve been overrun with quail. I LOVE them! 😍
Lots of horseback rides, night skies with the MOST stars 🌌
Football and volleyball practice, gorgeous butterflies!
WE have POWER! It’s been an ordeal for Idaho Power with all our rocks 🤣🪨🪨🪨🪨🪨🪨🪨🪨
Building ALL the fences and about a million rock jacks, it feels like it! Plus we’re maybe only halfway done 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
And of course more sunset views, because they’re absolutely stunning up here!! And more horseback rides on my sweet Cash 💛🐴
