A lil message for the chat.

Bring a quitter days more about a person than being a person who failed or took a loss. I rather task a risk or finish what I started rather than be known as a quitter.

I respect that person who lost it all and got it back way more than the person who played it safe their whole life. I don’t listen to people who sit on the bench, you can only advise me if you’ve played in the game.

In this life you have to be careful with the company you keep. Birds of a feather flock together. That’s why you see most friend groups doing the same things. You see most sharks swimming alone. When I look at who I view as successful they don’t have friend groups, they have social experiences. Meaning they travel, they attend events and they mingle with likeminded individuals. Friends don’t get you rich. In fact most friends are just along for the fun.

Find the winners in life. Focus on what’s important & learn to separate yourself from leaches early on in life. I know who I am & I know where I’m going & that requires me to distance myself from people who are opposite from me (note: why I’m where I am & their where they are) .

Reflecting on 15 years of focus, determination and prayer has really struck a nerve in me. A good nerve. God I thank you for provision and wisdom. Somewhere in my life I realized early on that if I wanted to be somebody and if I wanted to go somewhere I needed to wake up and pay attention.

Investing in you.

Restoring yourself through Gods grace and mercy is the ultimate feeling. And to be able to be loved by those who God sent through him to care for you is even more important. You’ll know when things are right because you’ll be the best you , you’ve ever been. Things seem more aligned, not forced and nothing toxic can even involve you.

Those days I sat by myself really paid off. The days I thought I was missing out I was getting ahead. The preparation season was all I needed. Thanking myself for the work I put in to get where I am spiritually. It wasn’t easy and the battle is still uphill, but the daily deposits of being a better me has helped me in ways only God knows.

Apart of maturity is inner work. So work within to shine outward in this world 💫
