Cream King Oyster Mushroom Steak,

◉ Ingredients

4 King oyster mushroom
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Some fresh Ground pepper
1 lemon zest
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Assorted herb (sage, thyme, rosemary)
1 shallot(chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
Some fresh Lemon juice
Some parsley

🚀 Tip :
Add 1/4 cup clam juice, the mushroom is scallop!
