🎉 BIG NEWS FROM RENEW SPORT & THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE🎉 WE’RE COMING TO WASHINGTON THIS FALL💙

What started as a small massage business built on hard work, determination, and a passion for helping people has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of.

And now… we’re taking the next big step!

📍 ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage is opening a NEW location in Washington, Illinois — inside the brand new GET YOURSELF MOTIVATED-GYM at 385 N Cummings Lane!
Open to the public! You DON'T have to be a member of GYM to be our client.

And this one is especially meaningful because ReNew owner, Jennifer, is a Washington resident. ❤️Jennifer has called Washington home, and bringing ReNew to the community she lives in is something she’s incredibly excited about. This isn’t simply about opening another locationc it’s about bringing a business she has poured her heart into to the community she calls home.

We’re bringing the massage and services our clients know and love:

💆‍♀️ Therapeutic Massage
🏃‍♂️ Sports Massage
💪 Deep Tissue
🎯 Specialized Bodywork

💙 AND PEORIA — WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!

Our Peoria location will remain open inside the RiverPlex Recreation & Wellness Center, where we’ve proudly served our clients for the past 13 years.

So now we’ll have TWO ReNew locations!

📍 WASHINGTON
Inside GYM 24HR
385 N Cummings Lane

📍 PEORIA
Inside RiverPlex Recreation & Wellness Center

This expansion allows us to serve more people while continuing to provide the quality, therapeutic-focused massage that ReNew was built on.

To every client who has supported us, referred someone, shared a post, left a review, and trusted us with your care, THANK YOU❤️You helped us get here.

Washington, we are so excited to become part of this community in an even bigger way.

And Peoria, we’re staying right here with you!

Your body isn’t cookie-cutter. Your massage shouldn’t be either.

At ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage, we understand that sometimes you simply want to relax, unwind, and shut your brain off for an hour. That’s where a Swedish/relaxation massage can be perfect.

It’s generally lighter, flowing and rhythmic, designed to help you relax, reduce everyday stress and leave you feeling refreshed.

But sometimes relaxation isn’t what your body is asking for.

Maybe your neck and shoulders are tight, your lower back is bothering you, you’ve got a stubborn knot, you’re dealing with muscle tension, an old injury, repetitive-use discomfort, or you’re an athlete needing specific areas addressed.

That’s where therapeutic massage comes in.

Therapeutic massage is more specific and intentional. Instead of simply working over the body with a general relaxation routine, your therapist assesses what’s going on and focuses techniques and pressure on the areas that need attention.

Depending on what your body needs, your therapist may incorporate deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, targeted stretching, hot stones, warm towels and other specialized techniques to create a session that’s truly customized to you.

Stretching can be incorporated to address areas of restriction and help improve mobility and movement, while heat from warm towels or hot stones can add warmth and relaxation to the experience.

And sometimes, you need a combination of both. Therapeutic doesn’t always mean intense. It means purposeful, focused work based on what your body needs.

Neither is “better.” They’re simply different.

Sometimes you need to relax.
Sometimes you need to address what’s bothering you.
And sometimes you need a little bit of both.

That’s what makes ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage different.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all massage.

We believe your massage should be based on you, your goals, and what your body needs that day.

Because your body changes.
Your needs change.
Your massage should change with you.
