I get asked this constantly, so here’s the simple version!
A full set is where you start. Fills are what keep them looking full, because you naturally shed a few lashes every day and your extensions go with them. Book your fill every 2 to 3 weeks and you’ll rarely need to start over.

Every esthetician has a mental dictionary for this, and I say it with love. 🤎
You’re not in trouble on my table. Most of good skincare is doing the simple stuff most days, and I’d rather know what’s really going on so we can build a routine you’ll actually keep up with. For the record, I’m guilty of at least two of these myself.

Sometimes the right call is telling a client not to book something.
If your skin’s irritated, freshly sunburned, or in the middle of an active breakout that a treatment could aggravate, I’ll say so — even if it means pushing your appointment back.
It’s not about the sale. It’s about not doing something that could set your skin back instead of helping it.
That’s the kind of judgment call I’d rather make honestly than just take the appointment — it’s part of why people trust bringing their skin to me. 🤎

The order you apply your products in actually matters more than people think.
General rule: thinnest to thickest.
Cleanser, then anything water-based like a toner or serum, then moisturizer, then SPF in the morning or an oil/balm at night if you use one.
Putting a heavy cream on before a serum means that serum probably isn’t absorbing the way it’s supposed to.
It’s a small adjustment, but it can make an expensive routine actually work the way it was designed to. 🤎
