Yay! We reopen our doors tomorrow and it feels like a very long time since we have seen the happy smiling faces that we have grown to know and love.

It's important to update you on the steps we are taking to ensure we do everything possible to keep our staff and clients healthy. While our phones have been ringing off the wall, we have also started to contact those clients who had appointments cancelled during the closure to get you back on track with your services.

We ask for your patience during this time as we reopen our salon. Due to the guidelines we are following, appointment lengths have been extended, meaning we will not have the availability that we have had in the past. The extended time will be used to ensure that the stations are thoroughly cleaned between clients and that occupancy protocols are adhered to.

Here's what you can expect...

As usual, you will receive a confirmation phone call from one of our receptionists the day before your appointment. During this call, we will be asking you some questions pertaining to your health. Everyone who has an appointment will be required to answer these screening questions so that we can best protect our staff and other clients. We are working on adding the questionnaire/waiver to our website so you can read it, sign it, and have it ready when you visit us for your appointment.

There will be a $5 COVID PPE fee for each client for each visit to help offset increased safety costs and protocol. This extra charge will end when the salon moves into the 75% occupancy phase. The fee includes a disposable mask if you need one for color services. For nail or waxing only clients, the PPE cost is $2.

We will all be required to wear masks, staff and clients alike. For obvious reasons, please wear masks that tuck behind your ears. If you are having a color service, we recommend wearing one you wouldn't mind getting color on or maybe bring a disposable mask.

Entry is by appointment only. As much as we love seeing extended family/loved ones, for the time being this will need to be a solo trip for whoever is receiving the service.
