A little personal update… 💜

I’ve always tried to be open and honest with all of you, so I wanted to share a little of what’s been going on behind the scenes.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve been dealing with some unexpected health issues and have recently been diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistance, and have been undergoing additional testing and appointments as I work with my doctors to figure everything out.
If I’ve had to reschedule your appointment recently or haven’t quite been myself, this is why. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding—it truly means more than you know.

The good news is that I’m getting answers, making changes, and focusing on taking care of my health so I can continue showing up for all of you and doing what I love.

Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats, and sometimes life reminds us that we have to take care of ourselves, too.
