A beautiful afternoon at The Laurel Rittenhouse celebrating the launch of SHERAK, a peptide-based skincare line founded by chemist Jennifer Sherak.

Guests gathered for an intimate tea party featuring an inside look at the collection, including its powerful blend of peptides and age-supporting ingredients. Suzy joined us as a model for Jennifer, sharing insight into how to use the products and how the formulas can support mature skin.

Our team was also there to provide makeup for guests and share more about the line. We’re excited to bring SHERAK into NoteToSelf Wellness next month, so stay tuned for more.

Thank you to everyone who made this afternoon so special!

We’re thrilled to introduce you to Monika Kozlowska, our newest esthetician at NoteToSelf Wellness! 💞

Polish-born and American at heart, Monika brings 24 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the art and science of skincare. Growing up in Poland, she learned early on that beautiful skin begins with consistent care, balance, and respect for oneself—values that continue to shape her approach today.

After earning her cosmetology degree, Monika began her career as an aesthetician at a prestigious spa in Poland, building a strong foundation in European skincare and the transformative power of touch. After moving to Philadelphia in 2003, she became a licensed aesthetician and continued to refine her craft at some of the city’s most respected spas.

Throughout her career, Monika has become known for her personalized approach, signature facial massage techniques, and commitment to exceptional care.

Her philosophy centers on healthy, naturally beautiful skin through thoughtful treatments, consistency, and individualized care. For Monika, skincare is more than a profession—it’s a lifelong passion rooted in learning, connection, and helping others feel their very best.

Because for Monika, it’s beyond a facial—it’s an experience, and we are so thrilled for you to experience her magic as part of our NTSW team!

The power of holistic facial techniques is that they go beyond the surface.

Instead of focusing solely on the skin, holistic facial work considers the muscles, lymphatic system, circulation, and nervous system, treating the face as a whole.

Pairing lymphatic drainage with cryo sticks helps encourage fluid movement, minimize the appearance of puffiness, and soothe the skin with cooling, grounding touch.

The result is a more sculpted appearance, relaxed facial muscles, and skin that looks calm, lifted, and awake.

Skincare, but with a whole-body approach. 💫

Your face holds tension too — especially around the jaw, cheeks, mouth, and temples.

Buccal massage works both inside and outside the mouth to target deeper facial muscles, helping release built-up tension while supporting circulation and leaving your face feeling relaxed and refreshed.

As we transition into fall, it’s a natural time to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the body.

In Thai massage, the focus is on intentional movement, assisted stretching, and rhythmic pressure to help release tension, support mobility, and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation.

As routines pick up and the seasons change, your body may benefit from a little extra care. Thai massage offers a chance to pause, unwind, and create space for restoration.

Consider this your invitation to book a treatment and enter the new season feeling more grounded, open, and connected to your body. 🤍
