We’ve always felt our salon is a laboratory for communication and interpersonal skills, and we also feel we have always supported our staff, past and present, by encouraging them to pursue goals and dreams outside of the salon environment.

Carlos got in to bicycle racing in the early 90’s and after a competitive cycling career, began promoting a sanctioned bicycle race (this year marks the 15th annual ). Following your passion can be inspired by thinking about more than one idea or project .

Carlos decided to work on a large scale, free, spectating event by embarking on a project to resurrect the three and a half years ago. The race is officially on the calendar for this year, bringing the stadium to the streets; for Philadelphians, by Philadelphians .
