I am thrilled to announce that my office will be opening for in-person sessions starting March 1st! Both established and new clients are welcome!
Also keep an eye out for the new website (including online scheduling) going live sometime in the next few weeks.
The health and safety of our community is my top priority. Out of an abundance of caution related to the ever evolving COVID-19 situation, the Structural Wellness Center has temporarily suspended all sessions. I miss you all so very much and cannot wait to work with you soon. Please feel free to connect anytime.

Dr. Rolf frequently referenced Fred Astaire as an example of how the body lengthens in every movement when the psoas is acting appropriately.
In this video you can observe the miraculous length he achieves while performing with Gene Kelly:

This is a quality article that introduces rolfing. Dr Weil is a well-respected, well-read, and well-liked individual, as well as a thoroughly experienced physician and researcher. He is the pioneer of the Integrative Medicine Fellowship and subsequent movement. Also, he is from South Philly.
Rolfing - Dr. Weil's Wellness Therapies Rolfing is a form of deep tissue massage named after Dr. Ida P. Rolf, an American biochemist who referred to her work as structural integration.
