For more than 10 months, Pam ( .w.prichett ) worked away in her South Bronx studio while a dedicated crew of volunteers at FRIEDA in Philadelphia spent their days threading disposable cutlery, one piece at a time.

It started last fall when community members and guests gathered to create elements of an unknown art installation with their hands, while having fun, getting to know one another, and sharing stories and laughter. They had no idea how their creations would be used or how their efforts would turn into a surprising and delightful public experience filled with imagination and heart.

Don’t miss it! Bring family and friends for a springtime surprise.
Expect fun, whimsy sprinkled with magic, yummy food, as FRIEDAcommunity shares a project shaped by play, collaboration, and the power of collective creativity.
