Took the weekend off from hands on to study and get intellectual about grief massage. To lighten and brighten Lunch is sweet, sour, spicy, salty, crispy, crunchy,chewy and soo flavorful. I can feel my brain powering back up to full sparkle after working through my own months of grief and sadness. Im stepping out of the shadows of grieving for family, chosen family, adored loved ones, power dynamic offenders, protectors and pure love zen generators. In stepping out i choose to channel in new information and energy to bring forward as acts of service within the community. This work has been hovering on the horizon for several years and its a delight to dip my toes in.

The heating pad is very under rated tool for health support. At SPW we love a good heat pad so much we have them as table and foot warmers in each treatment room, along with hot water bottles, reusable hot packs, and warm steamy towels.

Our fav use for a heat pad is to top off a castor oil or Ginger belly compress to soothe a bloated and inflamed gut.
Castor oil is great for internal inflammation but is not a great companion for those breastfeeding, in that instance we suggest warming your core with a ginger compress
