✨ A little therapy nest is taking shape on the third floor. 🪺

This little room has worn many hats over the years, and each version has held exactly what was needed. She’s been home to our teacher trainings, welcomed visiting teachers and healers (including our beloved Yoli Maya Yeh), held continuing education workshops, and now she’s growing again.

Soon, she’ll also be home to therapy sessions—a quiet, intentional space where healing, learning, and community continue to weave together.

At Unity, we’ve always believed that healing doesn’t belong in just one room or one modality. It lives wherever people gather with open hearts, curious minds, and a willingness to grow.

We’re so excited to watch this little space continue to evolve—and to welcome everyone who will laugh, cry, learn, rest, and heal within these walls.

Here’s to the next chapter. 💛

We know… we’re doing it differently. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Traditionally, yoga teacher training looks like this:
➡️ 200-hour
➡️ then 300-hour

At Unity, we asked a different question:

What if they weren’t just “intro” and “advanced”?
What if they were two completely different programs designed for two completely different outcomes?

So that’s exactly what we built.

🌿 200-Hour: The Art of Teaching
Learn how to confidently teach vinyasa yoga. You’ll build a strong foundation in sequencing, cueing, anatomy, philosophy, subtle body, and the skills to safely and confidently teach dynamic yoga classes.

🌙 300-Hour: The Art of Space-Holding
This isn’t “more advanced yoga.” It’s a deep dive into trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, somatics, and understanding how stress and trauma are held in the body. You’ll learn how to use movement, breath, and presence to create the conditions for healing and teach our signature Unwind-style classes.

Two trainings. Two paths. Two different outcomes.

✨ No 200-hour required for the 300-hour.
✨ Both trainings are Yoga Alliance approved.
✨ Both offer continuing education credits for therapists and other regulated professionals.

📍200-Hour begins January 2027
📍300-Hour begins September 2026

Applications for both are open now, and early bird pricing for the 300-hour ends August 1.

Not sure which path is right for you? Send us a DM—we’d love to help you find your fit. 🤍

The Regulated Therapist 🤍

As therapists, we spend our days helping others regulate, process, and heal.

But what supports our nervous systems?

We’re excited to launch The Regulated Therapist, a continuing education workshop designed to explore practical, evidence-informed nervous system regulation practices that support you between clients, between meetings, and throughout the workday.

Together we’ll explore:
✨ The science of nervous system regulation
✨ The importance of transitions between clients and meetings
✨ Practical somatic tools you can use in 30 seconds to 5 minutes
✨ Ways to leave work feeling more grounded and less depleted

🗓 Tuesday, July 28
🕛 12:00–3:00 PM
📍 Unity Yoga | Manayunk

🍽 Lunch from Unity Taco + time to connect with fellow clinicians

2.5 CE credits are available for therapists and behavioral health professionals.

Not a therapist?

You’re still warmly welcome.

If you’re someone who spends your day caring for others, moving from meeting to meeting, or you’re simply curious about nervous system regulation and want to learn alongside our clinical community, we’d love to have you. You do not need to be a therapist to attend.

This workshop is also the beginning of a new chapter at Unity. We’ll be offering regular continuing education opportunities for therapists and behavioral health professionals while continuing to welcome our broader community into conversations that help us all live with a little more regulation, presence, and ease.

Registration is open now. Link in bio, or send us a DM with any questions—we’d love to see you there. 🤍

✨ Two trainings. Two different callings. ✨

200-Hour Teacher Training
The Art of Teaching Yoga.
This training is for those who want to confidently lead yoga classes. You’ll learn sequencing, cueing, anatomy, philosophy, and how to skillfully guide students through a well-rounded practice. If you’ve been dreaming of teaching yoga, this is where your journey begins.

300-Hour Teacher Training
The Art of Holding Space.
This training is designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of the nervous system, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic movement. Whether you’re a therapist, healthcare professional, educator, coach, or yoga teacher, you’ll learn how to facilitate regulation, support healing, and guide practices like our Unwind classes. No 200-hour is required.

🌿 200-Hour: Begins January 2027 — Applications are now open.

🌿 300-Hour: Begins September 2026 — Applications are open now, and early bird pricing is available.

✨ “What happens after the 200-hour?” Anne is answering one of our most common questions.

By the end of our training, you’ll be able to confidently sequence a class, cue asana with clarity, hold space for others, and step into any studio ready to teach.

But here’s what we’ve discovered over the years…

Many of our graduates choose to stay at Unity. 💚

Why? Because graduation isn’t the end—it’s the beginning. We offer a summer mentorship, continued education, opportunities to assist trainings, lead retreats, deepen your teaching, and continue growing in community. If your dream is to teach, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to do just that.

And if you’re a therapist, social worker, counselor, or helping professional, our 200-hour is also approved for continuing education credits. Many clinicians are able to use professional development funds or treat the training as a business expense—check with your accountant or employer to see what applies to you.

Whether you’re called to teach, deepen your own practice, or bring nervous system-informed yoga into your clinical work, we’d love to walk alongside you.

Applications are open now. Come grow with us. 🌿

✨ Therapists, social workers, counselors, healthcare professionals, and healing practitioners—this one’s for you.

Did you know that licensed therapists are required to complete Continuing Education (CE) to maintain their license? CEs help us stay current with research, expand our clinical skills, and continue growing as ethical, effective clinicians.

As an approved CE provider, we’re honored to offer opportunities that bridge nervous system science, yoga, somatics, and trauma-informed care.

Here’s how our offerings are different:

🧘 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Designed for those who want to become yoga teachers and confidently lead classes. You’ll build a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, cueing, sequencing, and teaching methodology—all through a trauma-informed lens. Continuing Education credits are included for eligible licensed professionals.

🌿 300-Hour Therapeutic Training (No 200-hour required!)
Created for therapists and professionals who want a deeper understanding of trauma, the nervous system, subtle body maps, regulation, and therapeutic application. Whether you plan to teach or simply bring these tools into your clinical work, this training is designed to transform the way you understand healing. Applications are now open.

💛 The Regulated Therapist | July 28
Our next CE event explores thresholds and transitions—the moments between sessions, roles, and responsibilities where regulation can be lost or restored. Join us for practical tools you can use immediately in your work and your own life. Lunch is included, because therapists deserve to be cared for, too.

Healing professionals spend so much time caring for others. We believe your education should also care for you.

Questions about which offering is the best fit? We’d love to help you find the right path.

🍂 Relax. Restore. Renew.

As the leaves begin to change and the pace of life naturally slows, we invite you to celebrate the season—and yourself.

Join Brittany and Sammy for our annual River Mountain Retreat, October 22–25, 2026, for a weekend dedicated to rest, connection, and returning to what matters most.

Together we’ll move through daily yoga, gather around campfires, enjoy s’mores under the stars, take in the beauty of the fall foliage, and create space to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the land that holds us.

This retreat isn’t about doing more. It’s about remembering how good it feels to simply be.

🍁 Relax your body.
🍁 Restore your nervous system.
🍁 Renew your spirit.

Whether you’re joining with a friend or coming on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a community that values presence, kindness, laughter, and slowing down.

06/25/2026

What if your biggest plan this fall was simply… to slow down?

Imagine waking up to crisp mountain air, practicing yoga surrounded by the colors of October, lingering over coffee with new friends, spending the afternoon hiking or reading, and ending the day around a campfire with laughter, s’mores, and the kind of conversations that remind you what matters.

Our annual River Mountain Retreat is one of our favorite weekends of the year—not because it’s packed with activities, but because it creates space to breathe.

🍂 October 22–25, 2026
🍂 Daily yoga with Brittany & Sammy
🍂 Gentle hikes and fall foliage
🍂 Campfires & s’mores
🍂 Time to rest, reconnect, and simply be
