Little Lip Mapping Action going on 😍

As a prospective client do you worry only about the color selection? Or do you also think about the shape and not getting it the way you want?! I think lip mapping is so important. Everyone has their own steps when it comes to tattooing lips and some PMU artists skip mapping a shape all together. Personally, I LOVE mapping a shape. First of all it allows myself and my client to have the same vision so expectations are clear and no one is unhappy. Also, it makes creating an outline so much easier which sets the tone for the rest of the session. Shading in is the easy part 😌!

Lip blush tattoo from training 😍. Look at these beauty. She had a beautiful shape and size with some lip filler making these lips a DREAM to work with. Look at how me etched out and defined her border to really make her lip shape stand out 😮‍💨!

When you think “lip tattoo” do you think of it like a regular body tattoo? Even though lip blush is a cosmetic tattoo the results can remain natural. Before working on someone one of the first questions I ask is how intense do you want it to look? This client requested natural.
