Let's talk about your sun-damaged skin.

Sun damage is the primary contributing cause of skin aging. Sun damage is reversible to some extent, but you can't completely undo the changes to your skin. Sun damage over the course of a lifetime worsens aging skin. There are several treatments that you can start doing NOW to help your skin get back its glow.

- IPL therapy - Intense pulse light to help correct brown and red spots
- Chemical peels - Used to improve skin tone and texture and helps minimize sun-damaged skin
- Dermal fillers - Adds volume and corrects wrinkles

Let's talk about Botox.

I am sure you have heard of it by now and may be wondering "what's the hype?"

Botox is a wrinkle relaxer that has been used for decades to treat the most common signs of aging by smoothing facial lines and wrinkles. It is injected into very specifically targeted facial muscles, preventing you from making expressions that cause wrinkles and create a tired, worn-down appearance. It is extremely safe and effective and must be administered by a qualified and experienced specialist.

You must apply skincare in the right order otherwise it won't be effective!

After you cleanse and tone your skin, you must apply your serum before any other products. That way it can pe*****te the layers of your skin. Then apply your eye cream before your moisturizer. If you apply your moisturizer first, you create a barrier on the skin so that your serum and eye cream won't be able to get into those deep layers. The next step is to apply any oils you use as this will also help to lock in moisture. And lastly, Sunscreen! Sunscreen is a must and needs to be applied as the very last step in your skincare routine to get the full benefits.
