Are you loving my stick figure art as much as me 🤣
Lymphatic System and Scar Therapy is obviously more of my passion then drawing ✍️

Let me know if I should do more of these or if I should leave the whiteboard alone

When you book a session at Lymph Rehab, something bigger happens.
You receive personalized lymphatic care.
A portion goes to our Thriver Program.
A survivor receives care at no cost.
Healing is shared.
You're not just taking care of your body. You're taking care of someone else's too. 💛
That's what makes every session here different.

Nobody told me becoming a lymphedema therapist / lymphatic specialist meant I’d see lymph in literally everything.

We started talking about the Grinch smile.
THE GRINCH.

And somehow that turned into facial movements. Which turned into — obviously — ways you could move lymph in your face. 🤣

It always comes back to the lymph.
Every single time.

What’s your “I can’t turn this off” thing? 👇
Mine is obviously this.

Discover the lymphatic system, your body's natural cleanup crew. It removes waste, toxins, and inflammation, vital for immune function. Unlike your heart, it has no pump, relying instead on breath, movement, and muscle contraction to keep things flowing.

Your body is always communicating.
Swelling. Heaviness. Tightness. Fatigue.
These aren't random. They're your lymphatic system asking for attention.
Most people wait until it becomes a problem. But your body has been giving you signals the whole time.

After breast cancer treatment, including radiation, chemo, and surgery, ringing the bell felt like an ending. But my body felt different – swelling, tightness, and strange sensations. I realized no one explained what happens next, especially regarding the lymphatic system. This realization sparked my journey to understand and help others navigate their bodies post-treatment.

Give me a room full of human’s ready to learn about their bodies and I am home.

This was Flow Into Wellness 🍃 lymphatic movement and education in community.

No clinical setting. No intimidating equipment. Just those learning how to support their lymphatic system through movement.

This is what I built Lymph Rehab for
Not just the therapy room. This too. 💛
If this resonates ✨ you deserve to know your body this well.

So many people believe this is just their new normal. That the swelling, the heaviness, the limited mobility 😔 that’s just life now.

It doesn’t have to be.
Lymphedema isn’t an overnight fix.
It’s consistency.
It’s showing up again and again even when progress feels slow.

Jan 2024 → Aug 2024 → May 2026

Less heaviness. Improved shape and skin health. More mobility. More quality of life.

This is what long term management can look like with support, education, movement, compression, lymphatic care, and commitment.

Your throat gets swollen when you’re sick, right? You’ve felt that before. That IS your lymph nodes working. 💡

So why are we only ever taught to check for lumps in our breasts and never taught to know what the rest of our lymph nodes feel like when they’re flowing, backed up, or overwhelmed?

We have lymph nodes in our neck, armpits, groin, abdomen… and most of us have never once been shown what they should feel like. Until something goes wrong.

I wasn’t taught this before my diagnosis. Not during treatment. Not after. 🎗️

So let me teach you the way I wish someone had taught me. No textbook, no medical jargon. Just what your body is actually trying to tell you. 💧

Swipe through and then go check yours right now. I’ll wait. 👉

Soft bean = barely noticeable, just doing its job 🫘
Blueberry = remember when your throat swelled during a cold and went back to normal once it passed? That. Your body is working through something 🫐
Olive = when it swells and just… doesn’t go back down. Your body is asking for help 🫒

Your body has been telling you this story your whole life. Now you have the words for it. 💧

This isn’t about diagnosing yourself. It’s about knowing what’s normal for YOUR body so you notice when something changes. ❤️

Quick note: I’m a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, not a doctor. If something feels off or unusual please have it checked by your physician. I don’t diagnose. I support. 💞

Wherever you are, bean, blueberry, or olive, LymphRehab is here for you. And if anything feels concerning, so is your doctor. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Nobody explained this to me when I was going through treatment. So now I teach it. 🎗️

I was 36, a single mom, working full time 💻navigating cancer and trying to understand why my body felt so stuck after surgery. No one ever mentioned my lymphatic system.

So I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. And I built LymphRehab so no one else has to figure this out alone.

This is Lymphatic System 101
your body’s one-way highway 🛣️, and what happens when trauma, surgery, or scar tissue creates a roadblock. 🚧

Your body was designed to heal. Sometimes it just needs a little help clearing the path. 💧
