Which Spf are you using today??

One of the best gifts you can give your skin is the use of spf, more than 90 percent of visible changes commonly attributed to skin aging are caused by the sun, There are plenty of sunscreens out there from chemical to physical sunscreen

Chemical sunscreen: work like a sponge and is absorbed into the skin

Physical sunscreen: (My favorite) works like a shield and sits on top of the skins surface

Some things to look for in a sunscreen ⤵️

1.Physical/Mineral sunscreens main active ingredients (zinc oxide) + (titanium)

2.Non Comedogenic ( doesn't clog pores)

3. Oil Free

4. Spf 30 + or above

5. Uva+ Uvb

6. Fragrance free

Don't forget to wear your sunscreen and limit your sun exposure 🌞

✍ Did you know that changing your pillowcase regulary is as important as washing your face? While your pillowcase may look clean at first glance, there's actually all sorts of things going on. "Not washing your pillowcase regularly results in a build-up of many things including oil, dirt, dead skin cells, sweat and may even cause breakouts for acne prone skin. If your not already doing so you may want to consider changing your pillowcase more often.

Note: I always advise my client's to use a fresh clean pillowcase the day of treatments.

It's never too late to start making a difference.

Knowing what type of skin you have is very important when considering Fibroblast Treatment. This is the Fitzpatrick scale, It is a numerical classification schema for human skin color. If you are 1-3, this treatment is safe for you. Anyone 5-6 is not a candidate for this treatment as you are prone to hyperpigmentation 😞 However, if you are a number 4, you could get this treatment just know there is a possibility for hyper-pigmentation (not in all cases) and Which isn’t necessarily permanent and could be reversed with such treatments like microneedling. In cases where you’re not quite sure, I do offer a patch test for a minimal fee to see how your skin responds. You know what they say, better to be safe than sorry. Keep in mind that the fee for the patch test will be deducted from your total cost if you decide to get the continue on with the procedure

Tummy makeover with plasma fibroblast skin Tightening. What is it? It is a non invasive treatment that doesn't require surgery that's right no cutting! An electric handheld device called plasma
Fibroblast pen is used for the procedure. This pen uses a metal probe to ionize atmospheric gas between its tip and the gasses that the skin naturally emits. This forms a plasma charge. An electrical arc is then created, shrinking the targeted skin. Your tissues will retract and tighten, providing you with a more youthful-looking appearance. Skin elasticity and tightening will continue to improve as time goes on post-treatment, and your skin continues to heal and repair. Full results will be at 12 weeks = 3 months
Keep in mind that not everyone may need the same amount of treatments some may need less some may need more than others it all depends on clients skin type and expectations 😊

As we age our skin produces less collagen, resulting in fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Monthly and quarterly collagen building treatments like Microneedling or Plasma skin tightening treatments can help boost new collagen and elastin for a youthful skin appearance depending on every client's needs more than one treatment may be needed to achieve best results.

One thing to note about microneedling is that it is not a one-and-done procedure. Just as you wouldn't expect to go to the gym and see instant results on same day. You have to stay comitted until you see your desired results. After a microneedling treatment, the skin needs time to properly heal and replenish new skin cells. For this reason, it may sometimes take several months before optimal results can be seen. Acne scars are one's that take longer sessions. More microneedling treatments will continue to better improve skin texture. I am already happy with the results its providing.

Remember to apply sunscreen daily. Even on a cloudy days. Any anti-aging skin care routine must include the daily application of  SPF 30+ or greater to avoid premature aging
