Can microdermabrasion work for you?

This gorgeous woman wanted to improve the texture of her skin.

We worked our way up to monthly microdermabrasion treatments and this is the third treatment.

Customize me facial!
Today I had a treatment in mind but when my person came in, that plan went out the window.
We had pigmenting, dryness and breakouts all at the same time.
I created a zone mask and when I looked at the dish I noticed that it’s so pretty! I kinda want to call it the rockstar facial.
This is just a reminder that in skin care and in life, let’s go with the flow and care for the person that shows up for us each day

Do you face map?
This is a little tool I like to use when I have a client that is struggling with chronic breakouts.
There can be a correlation to the location of the skin congestion and an internal struggle. It can be hormones, stress, lack of sleep, digestion etc.
All of these things effect our skin.
This tool can help you give more support to yourself where you need it and in turn help support your skin.
Next time you experience a breakout take a look at the skin map. Maybe you’ll find some clues.

Did you know that your skin can have a personality?
Not only that but different areas of your skin behave differently.
Sounds complicated I know, but here’s the good news, you can zone your skin!
You can use a scrub in just one area. Or a mask in just one area.
Treat your skin the way it is showing up. If it’s oily on your nose but dry on your cheeks that’s how you should treat it

Do you smudge your home or office?

I smudge my space quite often throughout the day. I love all the energy flowing through the studio but it’s nice to keep it moving.
