There comes a time when choices and decisions need to be made. And sometimes those happen quicker than we may plan and or want.

With sadness; I am announcing
It is time that I need to step away from the salon and from doing hair on a regular basis. I’m not sure if I will return behind the chair, but will try to stay within the industry in some aspect.

For those that know; the car accident in March changed what I’m capable of what I used to doing and having issues with shoulder lifting and or extending arm above & out shoulder height without immense discomfort and pain. As well as winging of the scapula and shoulder not going down in relaxed position. Type 2 Acromion (sp) Non Hooked Impingement and some tendinitis along that scapula.

MRI results have also shown that at 7months(when taken) I’m still showing lesions associated to that of Whiplash.

For the first time I’m realizing that I’m not healing the way I should be, by continuing to aggravate and incur intense pain on the regular by continuing and that includes driving full time. Since adjusting and modifying movements with my arm down and moving within a certain radius has helped tremendously with the discomfort and pain.

I will now transition my search for the next phase of the journey!

A very agonizing and difficult decision to make!
Starting Immediately, I am only taking appointments on the First & Last Saturday’s And the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

I understand this may be an inconvenience to many, but in order to continue to best serve you and to continue doing hair and not quitting entirely this is all I have to offer at the present time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
