β’This is why communication is so important when booking a highlight or lowlight, bring inspo photos for your stylist to discuss placement and coverage to avoid getting a chunky or streaky highlight on accident.π
β’ A toner/gloss is a MUST after lightening. Not only does it dictate the tone and color of your blonde, but it also protects against breakage and brassy tones.
β’ Anything that goes on your body should not go on your hair (unless it is a hair + body oil that specifically states it can be used on the hair) this goes for bar soaps/natural remedies as well! If you have colored or highlighted hair, you should be using a color safe option.
β’ I LOVE layered haircuts. But, not all styles suite everyone. Itβs important to consider your hair texture, density, and thickness before committing to a new style. Talk to your stylist about which styles would work best for you to avoid a choppy or βshelfβ haircut (donβt be afraid of the texturizing shears!!)
β’ Sallyβs hair color, toners, and products are NOT the same as exclusive, professional products. Please be careful doing touch ups at home in between salon visits, you may end up making a very expensive mistake!π«£

Sometimes platinum hair can become so ashy it looks dull, this is why I only recommend the Heart of Glass line by Davines over any purple shampoo!
