Here are some Tips that have helped me grow this Hair✨

1. SCALP HEALTH is always my number one priority when promoting healthy hair growth. Product buildup, sweat & dandruff can block your hair from growing. Here are some products I use once or twice a month to clear up my scalp

2. DEEP CONDITIONING once or twice a week. It’s going to add the moisture our hair needs to repair breakage & split ends and allowing us to maintain length. Here are a couple of my Favorites

3. SCALP MASSAGES with and without a hair oil. I give myself a scalp massage everyday & depending on how my scalp feels ( oily or dry ) I will incorporate a hair oil. Here are a few I have used before

3. Avoid tight hairstyles, especially if you are experiencing lots of breakage

4. NOURISH YOUR BODY drink lots of water, eat foods that are high in protein, take hair boosting supplements. But most importantly try not to stress about hair growth. I went through a period where my hair just wasn’t growing ( still not sure why ) and then a year later it just started growing like crazy. I know the stress when can put on ourselves on our natural hair growth journey, stay Positive & Consistent. The results will Flourish ✨
