Work life balance
Two months since opening our second location, and I’m still learning how much growth asks of you.
Opening Tucson didn’t mean I suddenly felt ready for everything. However sometimes you have to take the leap, then keep showing up and learning along the way.
Doing what you say you’re going to do builds trust, with your team and more importantly with yourself.
Every time my actions match my words, I build the habit of following through. I become more confident in my ability to handle the next step because I’ve kept showing up for this one.
I am still learning along the way, but giving myself real evidence that I can do what I said I would.

Stop comparing. Protect my focus. And recognize when it’s time to grow into a new level of leadership.
I’m realizing my business has reached a level that requires more from me. Not more work, but more focus and more intention.
How I lead. What I give my attention to. What I say no to. The standards I hold.
9 years later, I’m still figuring some things out as I go. I think that's the beauty of being an entrepreneur, you never have it all figured out. And I think that’s a part of business we should talk about more.
