Well it’s about time the truth is told on National TV! Good job Good Morning America! A plant based diet is best for U and the planet! The studies have been around since the 1970’s but hey after Oprah got sued over her comment about the meat industry no one want to say meat is bad! No people chicken and fish are NOT good for you and no red meat is healthy! I think people are finally catching on. We have more plant based and vegan options than ever and it’s not that hard to have a healthy body and a healthy planet! But that doesn’t mean to switch from a meat eating junk food diet to a plant based junk food diet either. Plant based junk food and processed food is NOT healthy for you! So if you really want to help the planet and yourself there’s no reason not to! 🌍

New soaps just finished and ready for sale 😍

Is there such a thing as being too comfortable? My cat Kiwi has mastered the art 🥰 He’s a rescue cat and I hate to admit how much I love him sometimes. He gets washed with my pet shampoo bar and puts up with the brushing and combing probably better than most cats 🛁

So some friends and I were bored last year and decided to write an app. Never really thought it would end up on the App Store and the Google Play store but as it turned out I have amazing partners and we figured it out along the way! We set the price at $2.99 for 2 reasons: 1 because we used our own money and 2 because we didn’t want to slam everyone with ads. We have several more apps in the works so hopefully there will be more to come. Turns out this is kinda fun.

When you buy coconut milk make sure you check the ingredients. Many brands have unnecessary added fillers. This is sweet orange rose soap with 2 types of red clay and red Hawaiian salt! This is one of my fav soaps!

Many of the places I was selling my products have shut down or are closed due to Covid. I have everything at home. I love making soap, it’s kind of like meditation to me. It clears my mind and relaxes my soul. Makes the house smell good too 😉 @ Phoenix, Arizona
