It might not be your product, you may need to clarify your hair. Clarifying hair will remove the build up and give you a clean canvas to work with. What products did you once love but felt weren't as effective?

I get so caught up in everything having to be perfect, I might be a perfectionist. I have so many photos that I'd love to share on social media of my clients hair but don't post a majority of it because there's one strand out of place or one curl that's just not "right". It's exhausting, so here's a photo of all my strands out of place!

Professional shampoo is concentrated. If you feel like you're not getting a good lather everywhere, add a little water to your scalp before adding more shampoo. If it is still not lathering up then chances are you need a second wash (if you go several days between washes and/or are oily- this is for you!)

Have you had your hair done and while you're processing, your stylist is working on someone else's hair or maybe rotating a few others?

If that style is not for you, rest assured, I don't double book because your time is valuable to me, your appointment is yours- whether that means you bring your laptop for work or want to chat.

I always get asked if I ever cut my hair. The answer is yes, absolutely! Trimmed every 6-8 weeks. If I didn't, my hair would split up and never feel like it's "growing."

If you're growing your hair, don't forget to get your haircut at your color appointments!

Does your shampoo not lather well? If you go several days beteen washes, chances are it's you, not your shampoo! I always do 2 shampoos on my hair. Second shampoo always lathers like crazy.
