Symmetry, restored. ✨

This before & after is a perfect example of why I don’t chase trends. Every face has its own natural proportions, and our job is to enhance what’s already there, not overwrite it. Corrected asymmetry, defined the lip border, and let her natural shape lead the way.

Results like this are why patients keep coming back. If subtle, natural lip filler is on your list, now’s the time to get on the schedule 💋

Have a wedding, vacation, photoshoot, reunion, or big event coming up?

The best aesthetic results usually come from planning ahead, not squeezing treatments in at the last minute.

A general timeline I like to recommend:

đź’‰ Tox: 4 weeks before
This gives your treatment time to fully settle and allows room for a follow-up if needed.

đź’‹ Filler: 6 weeks before
Swelling and bruising can happen, and filler needs time to integrate and settle into its final result.

✨ Microneedling + skin treatments: 4–6+ weeks before
Depending on the treatment, we may want to plan a series or give your skin plenty of time to heal and glow before your event.

For bigger events, I always prefer to start earlier so we can create a treatment plan instead of rushing the process.

Have something special on your calendar? Share your event date with me and ask when you should begin. 🤍

Radiesse vs. Sculptra… so which one is better? 👀

Well, it depends on what your skin actually needs.

✨ Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen over time, making it a great option for gradual volume restoration, skin quality, and overall facial support.

✨ Radiesse also stimulates collagen, but depending on how it’s used, it can provide more immediate structural support while improving firmness and skin quality over time.

Both are biostimulators, but they’re not interchangeable and I choose which one to use based on your anatomy, skin quality, degree of volume loss, and your long-term goals.

Sometimes the answer is Sculptra.
Sometimes it’s Radiesse.
Sometimes it’s a little bit of both. 🤍

Consultations don’t have to feel scary or intimidating.

You can share as little or as much as you’re comfortable with. We can talk through your concerns, your goals, what you’ve been noticing, or simply start with, “I’m not sure what I need.”

There’s never any pressure to treat. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, educated, and completely comfortable asking questions.

The best place to start is just a conversation. ✨

Need an easy treatment plan because you feel like you are so busy and have no time for yourself?

You really don't need a 10-step routine to look and feel your best you just need something that works with where you are at!

A simple, low-maintenance approach to natural-looking results can look like this:

🗓️ Quarterly: A little tox in the right spots softens lines before they set in. 15 minutes, no downtime.

đź’§ Twice a year: A touch of filler or sculptra to replace what has been lost with time. This keeps you looking like you, just well-rested. Or nothing at all!

🌟 Monthly (optional): A quick facial or skin treatment to maintain glow between appointments.

📱 Daily: SPF + a solid skincare routine that isn't 18 steps.

That's it. No overwhelming routine, no all-day appointments but small, consistent steps that fit into a busy schedule and give you natural, refreshed results.

👇 Which step would make YOUR routine easier? Let me know and I am here to answer questions!

The syringe might be the tool, but it’s not what makes the injector.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned since stepping into aesthetics is just how much of this career happens outside of the treatment room.

Yes, hands-on training matters. But so does studying anatomy. Understanding the products we use. Learning why we choose one treatment over another. Watching complications be discussed openly. Asking questions. Finding mentors. And surrounding yourself with other injectors who are willing to share their experiences, perspectives, and knowledge.

Being involved in educational communities, investing in continued training, learning from anatomy experts, attending preceptorships, and even having access to conversations with other providers has become such an important part of how I continue to grow.

I don’t want my education to simply be someone putting a syringe of product in my hand and showing me where to inject it.

So if I had to build an “injector starter pack,” it wouldn’t just be syringes and product.

It would be anatomy, mentorship, community, continued education, curiosity, and a commitment to always keep learning.

The syringe is just the part you see.

She said natural. I said say less. đź’‹

This beauty has M-shaped lips, which can be a little trickier to treat when the goal is more visible lip height and shape without making the lips look overfilled.

For her, the plan is low and slow. Rather than trying to force the final result in one appointment, we focused on creating subtle structure, improving lip height, and keeping everything soft and natural.

Because her upper lip also has a tendency to curl inward with movement, adding a little tox into her treatment plan will help relax that pull and allow more of the lip to show.

And for her first lip filler treatment? I’m loving where we started. 🤍

Microneedling is one of my favorite treatments for improving skin quality, but it is important to know what it can and cannot do.

✨ Microneedling can help improve:
• Fine lines and early signs of aging
• Uneven skin texture
• Acne scarring
• The appearance of enlarged pores (by stimulating collagen)
• Mild discoloration and uneven tone
• Overall firmness and skin quality

By creating controlled micro-injuries, microneedling encourages your skin’s natural collagen and elastin production over time.
But microneedling does not replace volume or structural support.

It will not correct:
• Significant skin laxity
• Facial volume loss
• Deep folds caused by structural changes
• Areas that may benefit more from filler, biostimulators, or other treatments

This is why the consultation matters. Sometimes better skin is the goal. Sometimes we need to address what is happening underneath the skin too.

The best treatment plan starts with figuring out what is actually causing the concern, not just treating what we see on the surface.

Have a microneedling question? Drop it below.

Cutie little lip refresh. Can you believe I used less than a quarter of a syringe.

I don’t like talking about how much product is needed because every person is different. But, if you know your product, your plane, and technique then you need less product!
