My name is Breanna and I'm the Owner and Therapist behind Breanna Bodywork + Recovery !

I have been in the world of Massage since 2014. I started my career in California working for various Spa's and Mobile companies. In 2020 I started to venture more into Sports Massage and working with athletes really starting to specialize in what I love so much about massage. During COVID I was put out of work for months! I started to question if California was where I really wanted to be as I felt I really accomplished all that was meant for me. I wanted more growth for me personally and my business. So in early 2021 I took a gamble and moved to Phoenix in hopes of a better future and it sure has paid off.

Since moving to the Valley of the Sun my business and connections have grown so much more than I ever anticipated. My life has forever changed for the better. I have met and worked with so many amazing individuals and have been a part of their health journeys. It's so rewarding to help someone reach their goals and live pain free! That's why I'm so passionate about what I do as a Massage Therapist.

I just want to thank each and every one of you that put their time and trust into me and my craft. My growth as a business and a professional wouldn't be possible without every single one of you. It's a scary thing to start over from scratch but knowing what I know now I would have done it sooner.
