✨🍀Save to enjoy the luck of the Irish on New Year's Eve this year! I learned about this tradition when we visited Ireland and I did it last year and loved the simple marking of the moment with the intention of letting go of the old year and welcoming the new 💫 🧹You first let the old year out the back door, you can add any clearing/cleansing method you like such as incense or music. Close the back door and then open the front door with the intention of letting in the new year and the good that's ahead for you🚪There is also the tradition of just opening every door and window at midnight to let the old year out and new one in at the same time, so it's not meant to be too restrictive, do what feels right for you ❤️ a few seconds is fine but again trust your intuition and do it as long as it works for you If you don't have a back door, simply use a window located somewhat opposite your front door 💜 I also do a big declutter around New Year's Eve/Day to release things I no longer need and donate them to have a new life with someone who does!
