New Mexican Spot in Tempe! @tradicionesmexicangrill is serving up authentic dishes with a fun twist, like their delicious birria ramen in a hot pot. Their menu is loaded with tacos, juicy birria, burritos, and more. They have some pretty cute cocktails as well! The space is trendy and clean which I love! the perfect weekend in northern Arizona (Flagstaff area) save this list for your next adventure 🤩 1. stay @travelbackland located near Williams, AZ, this is the best place to stay if you’re looking to relax and immerse yourself in nature, but still want all the comforts of home. enjoy an array of on-site activities from stargazing to kayaking, yard games, complimentary breakfast, s’mores and more. it’s the perfect home base for all your northern Arizona adventures. great for familes or couples looking for a romantic getaway. pets are welcome too! 2. hike Ooh Aah Point in Grand Canyon National Park this 1.8 mile hike is the most accessible view of the canyon and is best for families with young children. if you want to get away from the crowd at the top of the rim, but don’t want to go on an all-day hike, this is a good option. 3. explore Wupatki National Monument Wupatki, which means “tall house,” is a multistory Sinagua Pueblo dwelling that is dated back to 500 AD. the self-guided trail is roughly 1/2 mile in length and is wheelchair and stroller accessible. remember to leave what you find! 4. hike to Sycamore Falls this half mile loop trail will take you to 3 different seasonal waterfalls that typically flow in the spring from snowmelt or after summer monsoon rains. high clearance is not needed to reach the trailhead. 5. drive through @bearizona Wildlife Park here you can drive through more than three miles of Ponderosa Pine Forest, viewing North American animals in natural habitats. additional animals are exhibited in Fort Bearizona, a beautiful 20-acre walk-thru area, along winding paths which is more of a “zoo” typesetting. 6. visit Montezuma Well this monument is free to visit. located in the Verde Valley, Montezuma Well is a natural limestone sinkhole 470 feet wide, surrounded by both Sinaguan and Hohokam dwellings dating back to 1050 AD. 7. explore Montezuma Castle located in Camp Verde, this stone castle built into a shallow cave on a cliff was once a six-story dwelling with 45 rooms. happy travels! #visitflagstaff #bearizona #weekendgetaway #explorearizona #northernarizona #arizonaadventures 01/25/2025

We checked out @pecanlake.entertainment last weekend and it was mind blowing how cool this place is. There’s giant Rope Course that you can swing on, go kart, putting course, arcades, VR, escape rooms, and so much more. They also have a bomb BBQ restaurant called @caldwellcountybbq on site. They have a few restaurants and I love that these are actually restaurants and not just a “food court” like most places. There are plenty of tables outdoors so you can enjoy the nice weather and even host parties.
