Color correction on a new client. First pic: color work done by me. This is what the customer initially requested one day prior but did not get. Rest of the pics are personal selfies hours after initial color service. Her initial request was Roots retouched with thin highlights. She got somewhat of a root retouch with blotchy uneven highlights. Rebuilding this request was intricate due to what was initially done. Consultations are so crucial! Listening to your client and asking the proper questions goes a long way. Destination, happy client, happy stylist 😊
