We pour so much into our clients that we forget the instrument doing all the work, our own hands and wrists.

Here's a simple 3-minute reset you can do between sessions:

1. Wrist circles — 10 each direction, slow and intentional

2. Prayer stretch + reverse prayer — hold 20 seconds each

3. Finger fans — spread wide, release, repeat 10x

4. Self-massage the thenar (base of your thumb) — where we hold so much tension

Do this today. Your future self, the one still practicing pain-free in 10 years will thank you.
