Today I weighed in at 331lbs!!! 3 more pounds and I will have lost 70lbs. That's 39.8% of my ultimate goal!!!!

I know its because I am slightly dehydrated but I was also working really hard physically today and about the last week. Either way, I will take it! Down from 398.

Went for labs today. Even though some, including a1c, were on the high side of normal, all my labs except anion gap and ALT are within normal range.
There a few more labs where my levels were slightly but its ok
We'll see what the doctors says but I feel like I am on my way back. Im losing weight and my labs are stabilizing.
I feel very positive about my current progress and trend.
Getting in my "normal fat range". LoL. My weight is much more manageable, as well as exercise tolerance and activity, around 300lbs. The next 30lbs is going to be hard.
My next two weight loss goals will be two increments of 30lbs. Those are the miles stones that are the hardest, as I have done this before.
So, first goal: 300lbs.
Second goal: 270lbs.
Weigh-in today: 329. 70lbs down.
Had a few setbacks in the last...geez...almost a year. Tore my meniscus back in march or april. Insurance from my company was all jacked up because the shady company downgraded their insurance and I couldn't find a provider. I finally got surgery back in July. I got fired from my job in April. Been going to physical therapy on the kneed for a while now. Still been having physical issues. Did 30 minutes on my recumbant stationary bike yesterday. Did some band work a few days ago. I guess I went a little too hard because one of my shoulders is hurting really badly.
It's funny how as I get older, I don't tell myself I can't do something. I tell myself afterward, that I shouldn't have. lol Having some swelling in my left ankle (still), which is the ankle I had surgery on back in 2019. so yeah life's a bit of a trainwreck right now.
The good takeaway is that I have done some exercise lately. gain some weight back a bit. I hovering and teetering aroun 350 still. I will keep on doing whatever small bits I can each day to keep up the routine. Right now just the bike and rest, to rehab this shoulder and help my legs.
Today's weigh-in is 342lbs. That is 56lbs lost from my highest weight.
My last post had me in shock and disbelief....today Im questioning my own reality. Last weigh-in was 356.
I just weighed myself (my first time standing since my surgery. I had to weigh myself twice and I still don't not believe it at all. Im gonna have to get a new scale before I believe this. I dont even understand.
My weight today is 347!!
In May of 2023 I weighed 396. A year ago I weighed 374. Lost 22lbs in 2024 and I lost 27obs more this year.
49lbs down so far. I can see 300 coming! I can't wait till Im cleared to exercise and walk again. Im excited to start working toward 300lbs and beyond.

Ive been trying to get lower than 360lbs for a while now. Its been a struggle. Ive fluctuated between 360 and 366 for a while.
Suddenly today, Im at 356! I weighed myself 5 times to be sure. LoL
So freaking happy.
