Here I will inspire and teach how to be open and available for balance, growth and purpose as you create and take charge of ALL aspects of living an Oola lifestyle. With an education in Health Promotion, for over 20 years, my story has been busy supporting others, as well as myself, pursue health in the seven key areas of their ever-changing, dynamic life. It’s time to learn, plan and pursue your healthy lifestyle through the Oola lens - in Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends, and of course, FUN! I'm excited to be living Oola and help you connect with the tools you will use as you take off on this journey! Let's do this!

Thanksgiving week! 🦃 First night of family, food and fun to get things started! Thankful for so much— especially these wonderful people I get to call my family 🤗 for the love they put into making all the delicious food, the beautiful PA sunset and stories and laughter we shared. 🥰

I’ve grown to love baseball due to watching hours and hours of my own kids! We had such a good time in Pittsburgh, even saw the Pirates pull off a W! Beautiful stadium, let’s go Bucs! ⚾️🥎
And more exciting, looking forward to hours and hours at my son and daughter’s fields this fall! Let’s go!
