Let’s talk box color for a minute. The color correction took me 4 hours and I did not expect the color underneath her auburn to be that bright and not willing to budge. This however is because it was box dye. Box dye actually stains the proteins of the hair which actually changes the chemical makeup of the hair. As a stylist, this type of color correction can be very difficult.
