The Muscle Matriarch

🚨I’M MOVING!

Beginning October 1st, The Muscle Matriarch aka your bad-a massage therapist aka ME will officially be seeing clients at a NEW LOCATION!

746 E Lander St
STE A (rear of the building)
Pocatello

I’m so excited for this next chapter and to have a space that feels even more like home for my business and my clients.

✨ Same therapist
✨ Same bad-a pain management work
✨ Same deep tissue & therapeutic magic
✨ NEW SPACE!

Thank you for continuing to support my little business and allowing me to keep doing what I love. I genuinely couldn’t do this without you. 🖤

✨ SUNDAY PSA: Your body called. It wants a massage. ✨☺️

We’re officially heading into the second half of September, so here’s your reminder to stop putting yourself last and get on my table. 🥲

GOOD NEWS! I’m accepting new clients again!
I have a limited handful of appointments remaining for the rest of the month!

I Specialize In:
Deep Tissue Massage
Focused, intentional pressure targeting deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Great for chronic tension, tight muscles, and those areas that feel like they’re holding onto every ounce of stress you’ve ever experienced.

Therapeutic Massage & Pain Management
A customized approach focused on addressing specific areas of discomfort, muscular imbalances, and movement-related tension. Rather than simply giving you a full-body massage, we focus on what your body actually needs.

Trigger Point Therapy
Targets tight, irritated areas within a muscle that can contribute to pain or tension elsewhere in the body. We work directly with those stubborn “knots” to help reduce tension and improve comfort.

Myofascial Release
Gentle to moderate sustained pressure designed to work with the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and other structures. This can help address areas that feel restricted, tight, or difficult to loosen with traditional massage alone.

Cupping Therapy
A technique that uses suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues. It can be incorporated into your massage to help address areas of stubborn muscular tension and restriction. Cupping is included at no additional charge when appropriate for your treatment.

✨ Every body is different. Your massage isn’t a one-size-fits-all routine. I combine techniques based on what you’re feeling, what your body is doing, and what we’re trying to accomplish during your session.

PSA: If you’re having trouble getting in with me because I’m booked out, PLEASE don’t just wait around in pain! 😂

I’m always happy to hype up and recommend other amazing local massage therapists. There are some seriously talented therapists in our area, and I would much rather see you get the care you need than suffer until I have an opening. 🫶🏼

There is plenty of room for all of us in this industry — supporting other local therapists doesn’t take away from my business. It makes our whole massage community stronger. ❤️
