I did a balayage and brightened up the highlights that were there already there and a slight much-needed trim!
This was my first walk-in at my new place. She was adorable, and very ,very nervous. We had a detailed consultation, and we made her hair darker with some depth and cut it shorter.
I Gained her trust and at the end, she let me cut her hair even shorter.
A detailed consultation and gaining the trust of my client is always key in my opinion.
