Tonight was EVERYTHING I hoped The Movement Co. would be. We were sweating, laughing, dancing, and having the BEST time together!

These women showed up tonight and brought SO much energy, and I seriously couldn’t be more grateful. This is exactly what The Movement Co. is all about — moving your body, letting loose, meeting new people, laughing way too hard, and just having a good time!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made our first class so special. This is only the beginning, and I cannot WAIT to see where The Movement Co. goes from here.

If you missed tonight, don’t worry — it’s not too late to join us! Come dance with us next week! 💗

WHO’S READY?! 👀

WHAT. A. DAY. 🥹🩷🪩

I am seriously BLOWN AWAY by the turnout for The Movement Co. launch party today! I truly couldn’t have imagined a better way to kick this journey off. Seeing so many familiar faces, new faces, and so much love and support in one place meant more to me than I could ever put into words. 🥹

A HUGE thank you to every single vendor who came out and supported my little dream today. 🫶🏼 And to my friends and family who have helped me plan, set up, promote, encourage me, and believed in me from the very beginning — THANK YOU. This would not have happened without y’all.

Today was a reminder of just how lucky I am to have such an amazing support system. I’m so excited for everything that’s ahead for The Movement Co. and I can’t wait to see where this takes us! 🩷

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who showed up today. Y’all made my heart so full. 🤍

Here’s to the beginning of something so special!🪩
