A quiet moment to reset the room.
Creating a calm space is one of my favorite parts of the day because relaxation starts the moment you walk in. 🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how lucky I am to do what I do. ❤️
This little room has seen a lot of life over the years.
New jobs. New babies. Weddings. Surgeries. Stressful seasons. Exciting seasons. Heartbreaks. Celebrations. I’ve had a front-row seat to so many chapters of your lives, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
I realized recently that while I get to have these conversations every day in my treatment room, I don’t share much of that here.
So… I thought I’d change that. 🖤
Over the next few months I’d love to give you a little peek behind the scenes at Bodyworx. I’ll share wellness tips that actually matter, some of the day-to-day life of being a massage therapist, and maybe a few stories that make me smile along the way.
Thank you for trusting me over the years. Whether you’ve been coming to see me for years or you’re new here, I’m so grateful you’re part of this little community.
