Nowadays we’re always in go mode that we rarely ever stop and smell the flowers. Today I took my phone with me to show you all the beautiful flowers that I see all the time when I’m walking and admiring nature.
It’s vital that we do things to regulate our nervous system so that we can perform at our best.

Rarely are we acknowledged for our accomplishments. We’re constantly striving, hitting our goals, and then setting new goals without celebrating our wins.
This past week I graduated my master coaching program and my trainer along with my peers acknowledged and congratulated me and it felt amazing. I received it and then celebrated myself.
My task for you all is to find a reason to celebrate you no matter how big or small the reason may be. You’re worth celebrating and if no one else claps for you at the very least you need to clap for yourself 👏🏽

It made me remember the point of all my hard-work. Most times we get so caught up in the motions of life that we forget about all the great things we’ve accomplished and done thus far.
Who are you trying to impress? If it’s your younger self then mission accomplished. She’s so freaking impressed and proud of you. She thinks you’re super cool and when she grows up she wants to be exactly like you.
Try this trend see what comes up for you. Make the video of you now and your younger self and soak in whatever emotions come up for you.
The difference between a hybrid and a classic lash is fullness. A classic lash set 1 extension is applied to each one of your natural lashes vs. a hybrid there’s a mixture of volume and classic lashes.
Both techniques give the appearance of your natural lashes the hybrid is just a tad bit darker. My client was in love with her classic set. I convinced her to try a hybrid now she loves them and will continue to get these.
